On Monday October 15, Lindsay Lohan filed a countersuit against Raymundo Ortega who sued the actress and The Ivy restaurant on June 20, 2007.  In her counter suit, Lohan is seeking $75,000 in damages for repair of her 604 horsepower Mercedes-Benz SL65 and the cost of renting alternate vehicles. Lohan claims she was driving 30 mph when Ortiz turned in front of her, and she was unable to avert hitting his van. The California Highway Patrol reports that Ortiz was at fault for making an illegal u-turn, and they found no reason to suspect Lohan of drunk driving.
